I was more than satisfied with the service and treatment I received. I was seen in record time. I attended early in the morning. I was seen and treated with in an hour. The reception staff were friendly and efficient as was the nursing practitioner who treated me. On this occasion there was nothing that could have been done better.

Staff were kind and thorough once I was eventually seen.

The initial wait was much too long and in my option I wasn’t triaged well. Once the staff saw me the care was excellent and I was sent to hospital in a timely manner where it was confirmed I had sepsis:

Came in with my daughter who had fractured her wrist. Although the staff were really lovely and treated us with lots of care we were not given any aftercare information. Was also a bit disappointed at when we went to get a temporary cast put on the nurse asked where the fracture was and we didn’t have a clue as all we got told was it’s fractured and she just responded with oh it’s probably here and proceeded to put this cast on. We have to wait a week now until we are at the fracture clinic to see if it’s ok. I’ve never had a child with a fracture so unsure if she needs to rest, carry on as normal so some aftercare advice would have been nice.

I can never get into the doctors due to shift patterns, every time I go I'm seen to quickly, I feel at ease.
